Jean and I thank you for the time you spent with us during our recent visit to
Greenville in search of a home.
As you know I am a licensed Broker, Certified Instructor in the State of Ma. and
hold a GRI(Graduate
Real Estate Institute). I therefore feel qualified to comment on your
performance, the excellence of which is not often seen in Real Estate
Agents.
We worked with you on two separate occasions, separated by our visit to another
location outside of your area.
At all times you showed the highest degree of professionalism, and high
ethical standards. You took time to listen and understand our needs.
You did not at any time attempt to direct us to your listings for which
you would have received a higher commission. Any opinions you had you
kept to yourself.
We looked at a wide range of houses and condominiums in a very large
geographic area. You knew the demographics very well. You instructed us
on the various activities available in the Greenville and surrounding
suburbs. Our original selection of possible homes numbered in the 20's.
With your assistance, this very quickly was reduced to three. These
three then quickly reduced to one. We are now in the process of
constructing a Contract to Purchase.
At one point we mentioned that a telephone book would be useful and
asked where we might obtain one. The next time we met, you had one
available for us.
In Real Estate, Licensees often suggest that the buyer chooses a Buyer
Agency. This assures the agent of loyalty by the buyer. i.e., they will
not shop for other agents, stop in at open houses, etc. In our case,
after working with you for one hour, we requested a Buyer Agency
contract to show our loyalty to you.
Shopping for a home 1000 miles away can be very stressful. You helped
to remove this stress and made the effort easy and pleasurable.
